It's My Birthday
Has anyone been following the Make a Cake Series over at Make It and Love It? I have and for my birthday I told my husband he bought me stuff to make a cake. At least I made my own birthday cake and it turned out wonderful. I am so happy with it. To clarify, I did not like making gumpaste, but I did enjoy the fondant and will do it again.

Well Happy Birthday! That turned out amazing. Do did you buy fondant or make the marshmallow fondant?
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to try making a cake that that, but even with the Make a Cake series, it seems scary. Maybe I'll have to try it sometime after all!
Oh, I made the marshmallow fondant. It was pretty easy following her steps. If I can do it and never have decorated a cake before I am sure you can! Thanks for saying HB!
