St. Jude's Trike-a-Thon & Personalized Bike

Laci is participating in the St. Jude's Trike-a-Thon on Friday at her school (for info on how to sponsor her click here). This program is to raise money to help St. Jude Children's Research Hospital find new treatments for cancer, sickle cell and other diseases.



Now because I couldn't send her bike to school with out being personalized, I whipped up this little beauty last night. Needless to say, no one can say that bike isn't hers.



It was really easy to make and the colors turned out wonderful. What do you think?



To make this I just embroidered her name on a piece of fabric. Then cut around the edges a little bigger than the previous one. Then turned the edges under and applied Velcro to the front and back and volia... personalized bike! AWESOMENESS!!!
